By using this Site or any of our services, including requesting quotes, scheduling consultations or inspections, messaging, subscribing to a monitoring or maintenance plan, or engaging us for solar, battery storage, electrical, generator, or related energy services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
SERVICES OFFERED
Apollo Energy, LLC provides solar, battery storage, electrical, and energy-system services, which may include:
Residential and commercial solar design and installation
Architecturally integrated, roof-mounted, and off-grid solar systems
Solar system sizing, energy modeling, removal and reinstallation, inspections, monitoring, maintenance, and repairs
Battery backup, energy storage, whole-home backup, and related system design and installation
Standby generator design, installation, integration, and support
Electrical design-build services, smart electrical panels, energy monitoring, main panel upgrades, service upgrades, and EV charger installation
Warranty claim support, equipment troubleshooting, and ongoing service
Apollo+ or other monitoring, maintenance, and service-plan offerings where available
Consultations, site visits, quotes, project coordination, and related support
We reserve the right to refuse service, modify or discontinue offerings, or deny access to any user, at our discretion.
For any paid project, quote, proposal, invoice, subscription, service plan, warranty document, or separate written service agreement, the more specific written agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
CONSULTATION, INSPECTION, AND BOOKING
All consultation requests, quote requests, inspection requests, and bookings made through our Site, forms, or scheduling tools are subject to availability and confirmation. Apollo Energy, LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule appointments with or without notice in the event of emergencies, weather issues, access limitations, staffing conflicts, site conditions, permitting or utility delays, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Preparation for On-Site Quotes / Services
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are requested.
Customers should disclose relevant conditions that may affect the quote or work, including obstacles, pets, access restrictions, roof access limitations, utility concerns, electrical or structural concerns, prior damage, hazardous conditions, existing solar or electrical equipment, or system-performance issues.
Delays caused by weather, site readiness, hidden conditions, material availability, permitting, utility approvals, interconnection requirements, equipment availability, or customer unavailability may affect scheduling.
PAYMENTS
Payment terms for services, deposits, progress payments, subscriptions, service plans, and final balances will generally be outlined in the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, subscription terms, service-plan document, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payments are due according to the payment terms we provide for the applicable project, subscription, or service.
Prices, availability, equipment, materials, utility requirements, and timelines are subject to change prior to acceptance of a proposal or quote.
Third-party payment services, if used, are subject to the provider’s own terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
You agree not to dispute valid charges in bad faith or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:
Consultation, inspection, or quote cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Deposits, subscription fees, onboarding fees, or service-plan charges, if any, may be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, subscription terms, or project agreement.
Missed appointments, denied access, unsafe access, or repeated rescheduling may result in delays, rebooking, or additional fees where permitted.
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, the services performed, equipment or materials ordered, project or subscription stage, and any applicable written agreement.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
Interfere with or disrupt website functionality
Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Submit false property, utility, equipment, payment, or project information
Harass, threaten, abuse, or endanger our team, contractors, electricians, installers, suppliers, or others in connection with our services
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of services or access.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, text, service descriptions, project photos, videos, educational materials, and site design elements, is the property of Apollo Energy, LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. INDEMNIFICATION
